Ingredients

  • 750 g Priya Sunflower Oil
  • 500 g Onion
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • loose Ginger
  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1 pack (50 g) Yours Freshly Curry Leaf Gunpowder Podi
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix 50g Pouch
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillets, then cut them into medium-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until softened and oil separates.
  5. 5. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, cooking for 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Pour in coconut milk and water, stirring well for a smooth curry base.
  7. 7. Add the fish pieces to the curry and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the fish is cooked through and tender.
  8. 8. Season with salt and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
