  • 80 g Soya Chunks
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 50G Suhana Meatmutton
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Rock Salt
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix the turkey chunks with rice flour, Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, ginger paste, garlic paste, grated turmeric, red chili powder, rock salt, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. 2. Let the turkey marinate for 15 minutes to absorb all the flavors from the spices and pastes.
  3. 3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
