Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Female Mackerel
  • 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • - Ginger Powder
  • - White Pepper
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Lemon

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the mackerel fillets under running water and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger powder, white pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. 3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the mackerel fillets and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of mustard oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. 5. Add the mackerel fillets to the pan and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
