- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- - Coconut Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the millet thoroughly and soak it for 10 minutes in water.
- 2. In a pot, combine millet, coconut milk, water, and a pinch of salt, then simmer until cooked and creamy.
- 3. Heat coconut oil in a skillet and sauté chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies until fragrant.
- 4. Add mutton chunks to the skillet and cook on medium heat until they begin to brown.
- 5. Stir in turmeric, black pepper, coriander, and salt, mixing well to coat the mutton evenly.
- 6. Add chopped tomatoes and curry leaves, cooking until the tomatoes soften and form a thick base.
- 7. Pour a splash of water into the skillet and cover, letting the mutton cook until tender.
- 8. Once the mutton is cooked, increase the heat and stir-fry until the mixture achieves a dry, flavorful texture.
- 9. Serve the fiery mutton pepper fry alongside the creamy coconut millet, garnished with fresh curry leaves.
