Ingredients

  • 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • - Coconut Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the millet thoroughly and soak it for 10 minutes in water.
  2. 2. In a pot, combine millet, coconut milk, water, and a pinch of salt, then simmer until cooked and creamy.
  3. 3. Heat coconut oil in a skillet and sauté chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add mutton chunks to the skillet and cook on medium heat until they begin to brown.
  5. 5. Stir in turmeric, black pepper, coriander, and salt, mixing well to coat the mutton evenly.
  6. 6. Add chopped tomatoes and curry leaves, cooking until the tomatoes soften and form a thick base.
