  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • Pcs Chings Veg Hakka Noodles
  • 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 680 g Ching'S Secret Chilli Sauce Bold, Fiery & Aromatic
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil water and cook the rice noodles for 4-5 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat and sauté minced garlic and ginger for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken thigh pieces and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4. Toss in the Frozen Mixed Vegetables and stir-fry them with the chicken for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. 5. Pour in the soy sauce and Ching'S Secret Chilli Sauce Bold, mixing well to coat the chicken and vegetables evenly.
