Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 1 kg Rice
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- - Spearmint Leaves | Dried & Fragrant | For Teas, Detox Water & Spice Blends | Natural & Refreshing
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Rice Flour
- - Coconut Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then peel and set aside.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and rice flour to form a marinade.
- 3. Coat the boiled eggs evenly with the marinade and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. Heat coconut oil in a pan and pan-fry the marinated eggs until golden brown and slightly crisp.
- 5. Rinse rice thoroughly and add it to a pot with water and salt, then bring to a boil.
- 6. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook the rice until tender and water is absorbed, about 12 minutes.
- 7. Chop fresh mint leaves finely and mix them into the cooked rice for added flavor.
- 8. Plate the minted rice and top it with the egg tikka for an appealing presentation.
- 9. Garnish with a few extra mint leaves and a drizzle of lemon juice before serving.
