Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes, then peel and set them aside.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic.
- 3. Add finely chopped onions, ginger, and garlic; cook until golden brown.
- 4. Stir in tomato puree, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala; cook until oil separates.
- 5. Add coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Gently add boiled eggs and coat them with the masala; cook for 5 minutes.
- 7. Rinse basmati rice and cook it in a pot with water and a pinch of salt.
- 8. Mix cumin seeds into the cooked rice for added flavor.
- 9. Serve the egg tikka masala alongside the jeera rice, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
