Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 1 kg Rice
- 100 g Jeera
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- - Coriander Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes until hard-boiled, then peel and set aside.
- 2. Cook rice by rinsing it well, boiling it with 400ml water and 1 tsp salt until tender, and fluff it with a fork.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic.
- 4. Add finely chopped onions to the pan and cook until golden brown.
- 5. Stir in ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala, and cook for 2 minutes.
- 6. Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until the mixture forms a thick masala paste.
- 7. Slice the boiled eggs into halves and gently coat them with the masala paste.
- 8. Drizzle remaining oil in the pan and lightly sear the eggs to create a smoky tikka flavor.
- 9. Serve the egg tikka over the jeera rice and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
