Ingredients

  • - Foxtail Millet Flour
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine millet flour, salt, and water to create a smooth pancake batter.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet and lightly grease it with oil, then pour a ladle of batter to form a thin pancake.
  3. 3. Cook the pancake on one side until golden, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
  4. 4. Heat oil in another pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic.
  5. 5. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent, then stir in ginger and garlic paste.
  6. 6. Mix in chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until the masala thickens.
  7. 7. Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the masala mixture, stirring continuously to scramble the eggs evenly.
  8. 8. Cook the egg masala until well combined and slightly dry, then garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  9. 9. Place a portion of the egg masala onto each pancake and fold it gently to form stuffed pancakes.
