Ingredients
- - Foxtail Millet Flour
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- - Garlic Paste
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine millet flour, salt, and water to create a smooth pancake batter.
- 2. Heat a skillet and lightly grease it with oil, then pour a ladle of batter to form a thin pancake.
- 3. Cook the pancake on one side until golden, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
- 4. Heat oil in another pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic.
- 5. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent, then stir in ginger and garlic paste.
- 6. Mix in chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until the masala thickens.
- 7. Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the masala mixture, stirring continuously to scramble the eggs evenly.
- 8. Cook the egg masala until well combined and slightly dry, then garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- 9. Place a portion of the egg masala onto each pancake and fold it gently to form stuffed pancakes.
- 10. Serve warm, garnished with additional coriander if desired.
