- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine millet flour with water and a pinch of salt to make a smooth batter.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them crackle for a few seconds.
- 3. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies; sauté until onions turn golden.
- 4. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and red chili powder; cook until the mixture becomes soft and fragrant.
- 5. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them with the masala until fully cooked.
- 6. Stir in chopped coriander leaves and adjust salt to taste; set the egg masala aside.
- 7. Heat a skillet and lightly grease it with oil before pouring a ladleful of millet batter.
- 8. Spread the batter into a medium-sized pancake and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side.
- 9. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown and cooked through.
- 10. Place a generous spoonful of egg masala on one half of the pancake and fold it over.
- 11. Repeat the process for the remaining batter and masala to make more stuffed pancakes.
- 12. Serve hot with a side of mint chutney or yogurt for dipping.
