Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine millet flour with water and a pinch of salt to make a smooth batter.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them crackle for a few seconds.
  3. 3. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies; sauté until onions turn golden.
  4. 4. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and red chili powder; cook until the mixture becomes soft and fragrant.
  5. 5. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them with the masala until fully cooked.
  6. 6. Stir in chopped coriander leaves and adjust salt to taste; set the egg masala aside.
  7. 7. Heat a skillet and lightly grease it with oil before pouring a ladleful of millet batter.
  8. 8. Spread the batter into a medium-sized pancake and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side.
  9. 9. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. 10. Place a generous spoonful of egg masala on one half of the pancake and fold it over.
  11. 11. Repeat the process for the remaining batter and masala to make more stuffed pancakes.
