- - Foxtail Millet Flour
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 250 g Carrot
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup

- 100 g Garlic
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the foxtail millet thoroughly and soak it in water for 20 minutes.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, tomato, carrot, green beans, ginger, garlic, and green chili.
- 3. Heat the oil in a large pan and add cumin seeds, allowing them to crackle.
- 4. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Mix in the ginger, garlic, and green chili, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 6. Add the chopped tomato and cook until softened, forming a thick base.
- 7. Stir in the carrot, green beans, turmeric, coriander powder, and red chili powder, sautéing for 3 minutes.
- 8. Drain the millet and add it to the pan along with the required salt, mixing well.
- 9. Pour water into the pan and bring it to a boil, then lower the heat and cover with a lid.
- 10. Cook for 12-15 minutes until the millet is tender and absorbs the water.
- 11. In a separate pan, scramble the eggs lightly with a pinch of salt and set aside.
- 12. Once the millet is cooked, gently fold in the scrambled eggs and mix evenly.
- 13. Garnish the pilaf with freshly chopped coriander and let it rest for 2 minutes.
