Ingredients
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 250 g Spinach
- 500 g Onion
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Garlic
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix millet flour with water and a pinch of salt to make a soft dough, then set aside for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic, onions, and green chilies until fragrant.
- 3. Add diced tomatoes, spinach, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt; cook until the spinach is wilted and tomatoes are soft.
- 4. Beat eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and pour them into the pan with the spinach mixture.
- 5. Stir gently until the eggs are cooked and blend well with the spinach mixture; remove from heat.
- 6. Roll out millet dough into thin tortillas and cook them on a hot skillet until lightly browned on both sides.
- 7. Spread the egg and spinach filling evenly onto the tortillas, then roll them tightly into wraps.
- 8. Garnish the wraps with fresh coriander leaves and serve warm.
