Ingredients
- 250 g Spinach
- - Ricotta Cheese
- - Fresh Cream
- - Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 200 g Table Salt
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- - Garlic Paste
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 20 minutes.
- 2. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, peel them, and set aside.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic.
- 4. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 5. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies, cooking for 1 minute.
- 6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
- 7. Mix in coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric, and salt, stirring well.
- 8. Add the spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- 9. Add the soaked basmati rice and gently mix with the masala.
- 10. Pour in water, cover the pan, and cook on low heat until the rice is fully cooked.
- 11. Slice the boiled eggs and arrange them on top of the biryani.
- 12. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve hot.
