Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 250 g Spinach
  • - Rice Flour
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and finely chop the spinach, ensuring no excess water remains.
  2. 2. Beat the eggs and mix them with spinach, rice flour, and spices to form a thick batter for koftas.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan and gently fry small balls of the batter until golden brown; set aside.
  4. 4. Blend tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and green chilies into a smooth puree.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a pan, sauté chopped onions until golden, then add the tomato puree and cook well.
  6. 6. Stir in turmeric, coriander, cumin, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt, cooking until aromatic.
  7. 7. Add water to adjust the consistency of the curry and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Gently place the fried koftas into the curry, ensuring they are well-coated with the sauce.
  9. 9. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat to allow the flavors to meld.
