- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 250 g Spinach
- - Rice Flour
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash and finely chop the spinach, ensuring no excess water remains.
- 2. Beat the eggs and mix them with spinach, rice flour, and spices to form a thick batter for koftas.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and gently fry small balls of the batter until golden brown; set aside.
- 4. Blend tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and green chilies into a smooth puree.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan, sauté chopped onions until golden, then add the tomato puree and cook well.
- 6. Stir in turmeric, coriander, cumin, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt, cooking until aromatic.
- 7. Add water to adjust the consistency of the curry and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 8. Gently place the fried koftas into the curry, ensuring they are well-coated with the sauce.
- 9. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat to allow the flavors to meld.
- 10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or millet.
