Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Milky Mist Cooking Unsalted Butter
- 250 g French Beans - 250 G
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 400 g Agapi Protein Greek Yogurt (Natural)
- 1 kg Nutty Yogi Oats Flour (Gluten Free)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Drain 1 can of french beans and 1 bell pepper, then mix them together in a large bowl.
- 3. Add 1 can of golden mushroom soup, 8 oz of greek yogurt, and 1 cup of shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
- 4. Finely chop 1 onion and sauté it in a non-stick pan until translucent, then add it to the mixture.
- 5. Pour the vegetable mixture into a casserole dish and spread evenly.
- 6. Melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter and mix it with 1 cup of oats flour. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
- 7. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
- 8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
