Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 100 g Milky Mist Cooking Unsalted Butter
  • 250 g French Beans - 250 G
  • 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
  • 400 g Agapi Protein Greek Yogurt (Natural)
  • 1 kg Nutty Yogi Oats Flour (Gluten Free)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Drain 1 can of french beans and 1 bell pepper, then mix them together in a large bowl.
  3. 3. Add 1 can of golden mushroom soup, 8 oz of greek yogurt, and 1 cup of shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
  4. 4. Finely chop 1 onion and sauté it in a non-stick pan until translucent, then add it to the mixture.
  5. 5. Pour the vegetable mixture into a casserole dish and spread evenly.
  6. 6. Melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter and mix it with 1 cup of oats flour. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  7. 7. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
