- 2.5 Kg Austin Whole Peeled Tomato
- 150 g Avocado Hass - Tanzania
- 500 g Cucumber English
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 250 g Radish White (Mooli)
- 100 g Romaine Lettuce
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
Instructions
- 1. Begin by arranging 4 cups of romaine lettuce leaves evenly on a round platter to create a base.
- 2. Slice 2 medium tomatoes into thick rounds and arrange them along the outer edge of the platter.
- 3. Thinly slice 1 small spring onion and layer the slices over the tomatoes.
- 4. Peel and slice 1 medium avocado, then place the slices on top of the tomato and onion layers.
- 5. Cut 1 medium cucumber into sticks and 2 celery stalks into sticks, then arrange them as spokes radiating from the center of the platter.
