  • 2.5 Kg Austin Whole Peeled Tomato
  • 150 g Avocado Hass - Tanzania
  • 500 g Cucumber English
  • 100 g Celery Stalk
  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • 250 g Radish White (Mooli)
  • 100 g Romaine Lettuce
  • 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid

Instructions

  1. 1. Begin by arranging 4 cups of romaine lettuce leaves evenly on a round platter to create a base.
  2. 2. Slice 2 medium tomatoes into thick rounds and arrange them along the outer edge of the platter.
  3. 3. Thinly slice 1 small spring onion and layer the slices over the tomatoes.
  4. 4. Peel and slice 1 medium avocado, then place the slices on top of the tomato and onion layers.
