- 400 g Urban Platter San Marzano Whole Peeled Tomatoes
- 250 g Zucchini Yellow
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 400G Freshos Corn Kernels
- 250 g Zucchini Green
- 125 g Red Bell Pepper (Lal Shimla Mirchi)
- 100 g Green Lettuce
Instructions
- 1. Dice 1 medium tomato, 1 medium zucchini, and 1 medium yellow squash into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Finely chop 1 small onion.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomato, zucchini, yellow squash, and chopped onion with 1 cup of cooked corn kernels.
- 4. Add 1/2 cup of sugar-free salsa to the bowl and gently mix until all the vegetables are evenly coated.
