Ingredients
- 3 pcs Cucumber Green
- 1 Bunch Spinach - Protected Cultivation (Palak Soppu)
- 200 g Livyor Raw Sunflower Seeds
- 500Ml Pietro Coricelli Aceto Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Thinly slice 1 unpeeled cucumber and place the slices in a bowl.
- 2. Pour 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar over the cucumber slices, cover the bowl, and refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 3. Wash 10 oz of fresh spinach thoroughly, remove the stems, and pat the leaves dry.
- 4. Tear the spinach leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
- 5. Remove the cucumber slices from the refrigerator and pour them along with the dressing over the spinach.
- 6. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds over the salad.
