Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Cucumber Green
  • 1 Bunch Spinach - Protected Cultivation (Palak Soppu)
  • 200 g Livyor Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 500Ml Pietro Coricelli Aceto Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1. Thinly slice 1 unpeeled cucumber and place the slices in a bowl.
  2. 2. Pour 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar over the cucumber slices, cover the bowl, and refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. 3. Wash 10 oz of fresh spinach thoroughly, remove the stems, and pat the leaves dry.
  4. 4. Tear the spinach leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
