- 141 g Pam Grilling Grillades Cooking Spray
- 200 g Milky Mist Low Fat High Protein Paneer
- 100 g Baby Spinach
- 500 g Pastazara Lasagne Gialle
- 180 g Repeat Gud Healthy Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 200 g Id Soft And Creamy Paneer
- 200 g Go Cheese Pizza Mozzarella & Cheddar Diced Cheese
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Cook 250 g of whole-grain lasagne noodles in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 3. Spray a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- 4. Spread a thin layer of 1 cup low-sugar pasta sauce on the bottom of the dish. Layer with cooked noodles, spinach, and 2 cups shredded paneer.
- 5. Repeat the layers: noodles, 1 cup pasta sauce, spinach, and 2 cups paneer, finishing with a top layer of cheese.
- 6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until the paneer is melted and bubbly.
- 7. Let the lasagne stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
- 8. While the lasagne sets, prepare a side salad with fresh greens and your choice of diabetic-friendly dressing.
