Ingredients
- 425 g Bambino Pep Elbows Macaroni
- 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Red Rajma
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 500Ml Pietro Coricelli Aceto Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Cook 1 cup of macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
- 2. Finely chop 1 green pepper and 1 small onion. Set aside.
- 3. Rinse and drain 1 can of red beans thoroughly.
- 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, 1 cup of mixed vegetables, the chopped green pepper, onion, and the drained red beans.
- 5. Add 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar to the bowl and toss everything together until well coated.
- 6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
