Ingredients

  • 425 g Bambino Pep Elbows Macaroni
  • 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Red Rajma
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 500Ml Pietro Coricelli Aceto Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook 1 cup of macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. 2. Finely chop 1 green pepper and 1 small onion. Set aside.
  3. 3. Rinse and drain 1 can of red beans thoroughly.
  4. 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, 1 cup of mixed vegetables, the chopped green pepper, onion, and the drained red beans.
  5. 5. Add 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar to the bowl and toss everything together until well coated.
