  • 200 g Green Peas (Peeled)
  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • 400G Freshos Corn Kernels
  • 3 pcs Cucumber Green
  • 200 g Cauliflower Florets
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 pc (500 ml) Baidyanath Apple Cider Vinegar With Mother - Red Himalayan Apples - Raw, Unfiltered & Unpasteurised

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 1/2 tsp salt. Add 1 cup peas, 1 cup diced carrots, and 1 cup corn kernels. Cook for 5 minutes until tender but still crisp, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, prepare a saltwater solution by dissolving 1 tsp salt in enough water to submerge the vegetables. Add 2 diced cucumbers, 1 cup diced cauliflower florets, and 1 diced green bell pepper. Soak for 2 hours, then drain and pat dry.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked peas, carrots, and corn with the drained cucumber, cauliflower, and green bell pepper.
  4. 4. Add 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar to the vegetable mixture. Toss well to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Serve the vegetable medley as a side dish or a light dinner option. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
