Ingredients
- 500 G Reggia Linguni
- 3 pcs Cucumber Green
- 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
- 450 g American Garden Green Pitted Olives
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 500Ml Pietro Coricelli Aceto Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Cook 1 lb of linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- 2. While the linguine cools, dice 2 cucumbers and 2 tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Slice 1 cup of green olives into rings.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled linguine, diced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, and sliced green olives.
- 4. Add 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar to the bowl and toss everything together until evenly coated.
- 5. Season with 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of black pepper to taste. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6. Serve chilled as a light and healthy dinner option.
