  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Premium Brown Rice
  • 100 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
  • 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
  • 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 ltr Wow! Coco Charge Tender Coconut Water

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse 1 cup of lentils thoroughly under cold water and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large saucepan, combine 1 cup diced carrots, 1 diced onion, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 4 cups coconut water. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
