- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 1 kg Whole Farm Premium Brown Rice
- 100 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 ltr Wow! Coco Charge Tender Coconut Water
Instructions
- 1. Rinse 1 cup of lentils thoroughly under cold water and set aside.
- 2. In a large saucepan, combine 1 cup diced carrots, 1 diced onion, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 4 cups coconut water. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- 3. Add the rinsed lentils to the saucepan, reduce the heat to low, and let it simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add more coconut water if the mixture becomes too thick.
- 4. While the lentils are cooking, prepare 2 cups of brown rice according to the package instructions.
