Ingredients

  • 250 g French Beans - 250 G
  • 200 g Green Peas (Peeled)
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 1 Ltr Sarwar Salad Oil
  • 500 ml I'Mwow Apple Cider Vinegar (With Mother)
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
  • 200 g Sugar Free Green 100% Natural Made From Stevia

Instructions

  1. 1. Trim and blanch 500 g green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to cool. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Steam 500 g peas for 3-4 minutes until tender, then let them cool completely. Combine with the green beans in a large mixing bowl.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup salad oil, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp stevia, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until well blended.
  4. 4. Dice 1 medium green pepper and add it to the vegetable mixture along with the dressing. Toss gently to coat all the vegetables evenly.
  5. 5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld. Stir occasionally during refrigeration.
  6. 6. Serve chilled as a light and healthy dinner option. Makes 8-10 servings.
