- 100 g Curly Kale Leaves

Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the thawed kale to remove excess water and set it aside.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 10 oz of kale, 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, and 1 cup of low-sodium vegetable soup mix.
- 3. Finely chop 3 green onions and 1 water chestnut, then add them to the bowl.
- 4. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
