  • 100 g Curly Kale Leaves
  • 567G Canz Water Chestnut

Instructions

  1. 1. Squeeze the thawed kale to remove excess water and set it aside.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 10 oz of kale, 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, and 1 cup of low-sodium vegetable soup mix.
