Ingredients

  • 2 x 400 g Good To Go Boneless Chicken Breast - Pack Of 2
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Daawat Brown Rice Poly Pouch
  • 20 Ltr Rice Vinegar Mizkan Suehiro Su
  • 250 g Zucchini Green
  • 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add 500 g of boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces, and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink inside.
  3. 3. Add 3 cups of zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until the zucchini is tender-crisp.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the remaining 6 tablespoons of rice vinegar. Mix well to coat the chicken and vegetables evenly.
  5. 5. Serve the stir-fry hot over a bed of cooked brown rice for a wholesome dinner.
