- 80 g Soya Chunks
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soya chunks in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions and garlic until golden brown.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they soften and blend into a thick paste.
- 4. Stir in garam masala, red chili powder, and grated fresh turmeric, mixing well to form a fragrant spice base.
- 5. Add the soaked soya chunks to the pan and mix thoroughly to coat them with the spice base.
- 6. Toss in the frozen mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes until they are lightly cooked.
- 7. Mix the rice flour with water to create a slurry and pour it into the pan for a light, thick sauce.
- 8. Season with salt and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
