Ingredients
- 200 g Sambar Onion Peeled (Sambar Kanda)
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 50 g Sakthi Curry Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup diced onion, 1/2 cup diced green pepper, and 1 stalk of diced celery. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine 1 egg, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Mix well to form a cohesive mixture.
- 4. Stir in the sautéed vegetables and 2 teaspoons curry powder, ensuring everything is evenly distributed.
- 5. Shape the mixture into patties of your desired size. Coat each patty lightly with wheat germ or cornmeal.
- 6. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and firm.
- 7. Serve warm as a main dish or in a sandwich with your favorite condiments.
