Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Nectr Mint Leaves (Chemical Free)
- 3 pcs Cucumber Green
- 1 pack (100 g) On1Y Whole Cumin Seeds, Sabut Jeera Spices
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
Instructions
- 1. Grate 1 cup of cucumber and place it in a strainer over a bowl. Let it sit for 30 minutes to drain excess water.
- 2. In a small pan, dry roast 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds on low heat until aromatic, then grind them into a fine powder.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cucumber, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped mint leaves, and the ground cumin powder.
- 4. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the mixture. Stir well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
- 5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving. Serve cold as a side dish or accompaniment to your dinner.
