Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander - Chopped (Kothimbir)
- 3 pcs Cucumber Green
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
Instructions
- 1. Combine 6 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 cup water, and 1-3 teaspoons red chili flakes in a small pan over medium heat. Stir gently until the sugar is completely dissolved and the chili flakes are well incorporated, about 3-4 minutes.
- 2. Remove the pan from heat and transfer the mixture to a bowl. Allow it to cool to room temperature, approximately 15-20 minutes.
- 3. Once cooled, stir in 2 tablespoons finely chopped cucumber and 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander.
- 4. Mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
- 5. Serve immediately as a dipping sauce or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to four days.
