Ingredients
- 200 G Sprouts Moong(200 Gm)
- 1Kg Potato
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- - Rice Flour
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Boil the potatoes until tender, peel them once cooled, and mash them thoroughly.
- 2. Blend half of the moong sprouts with ginger and green chilies into a coarse paste.
- 3. In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, moong paste, remaining sprouts, rice flour, cumin seeds, and salt.
- 4. Shape the mixture into small tikkis, ensuring even size for uniform cooking.
- 5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the tikkis until golden and crispy on both sides.
- 6. Wash mint and coriander leaves thoroughly, then blend them with lemon juice, green chili, and salt into a smooth chutney.
- 7. Serve the hot crispy tikkis with the freshly prepared mint chutney for dipping.
