Ingredients
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and fresh coriander and set them aside for later use.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, chickpea flour, red chili powder, black pepper, and salt.
- 3. Grate the fresh turmeric and add it to the bowl with the dry ingredients.
- 4. Slowly mix in coconut milk and water to create a smooth, lump-free batter.
- 5. Stir in the chopped onion, garlic, frozen mixed vegetables, and fresh coriander into the batter.
- 6. Heat a flat non-stick pan or air fryer plate and drizzle a small amount of oil evenly across the surface.
- 7. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot surface and spread it thinly into a round shape using the back of the ladle.
- 8. Cook the dosa on medium heat until the edges crisp up and it turns golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- 9. Gently flip the dosa and cook the other side for another 2 minutes until fully cooked.
- 10. Remove the dosa and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- 11. Serve the crispy dosas hot with a tangy chutney or dip of your choice.
