- 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
- 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
- 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 1 pack (500 g) Popular Essentials Regular Maida Flour
Instructions
- 1. Slice 3 large tomatoes into thick crosswise slices, about 1/2 inch thick.
- 2. In a shallow bowl, combine 2 cups maida, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Mix well to create the coating mixture.
- 3. Dip each tomato slice into the dry mixture, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
- 4. Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the coated tomato slices into the skillet.
- 5. Fry the tomato slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
