- 50 g Everest Chicken Masala

- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
- 3. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and chopped coriander leaves to the flour mixture for added flavor.
- 4. Gradually add water to the dry mixture and whisk to form a thick, lump-free batter.
- 5. Coat the tofu cubes and mixed vegetables evenly with the prepared batter.
- 6. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
