- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- 100 g Diet Tofu Masala Tofu
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 100 g Whole Farm Premium White Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, water, and a pinch of salt to create a slurry.
- 3. Toss the tofu cubes in the slurry until evenly coated.
- 4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C and lightly grease the basket with sesame oil.
- 5. Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer and cook for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- 6. Meanwhile, rinse the rice and cook it in boiling water for 12–15 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
- 7. Heat remaining sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the frozen mixed vegetables.
- 8. Stir-fry the vegetables for 5–7 minutes until they soften and start to caramelize.
- 9. Add soy sauce, ginger powder, and Assorted Chilli Pepper Sb Shichimi Tougarashi to the pan, mixing well.
- 10. Toss the crispy tofu into the pan with the vegetables and stir gently to coat in the sauce.
- 11. Serve the stir-fry over a bed of cooked rice, garnished with a sprinkle of sesame seeds if desired.
