  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 100 g Diet Tofu Masala Tofu
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 100 g Whole Farm Premium White Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, water, and a pinch of salt to create a slurry.
  3. 3. Toss the tofu cubes in the slurry until evenly coated.
  4. 4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C and lightly grease the basket with sesame oil.
  5. 5. Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer and cook for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. 6. Meanwhile, rinse the rice and cook it in boiling water for 12–15 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
  7. 7. Heat remaining sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the frozen mixed vegetables.
  8. 8. Stir-fry the vegetables for 5–7 minutes until they soften and start to caramelize.
  9. 9. Add soy sauce, ginger powder, and Assorted Chilli Pepper Sb Shichimi Tougarashi to the pan, mixing well.
  10. 10. Toss the crispy tofu into the pan with the vegetables and stir gently to coat in the sauce.
