Ingredients

  • - AMUL PANEER 200GM
  • 50 g Everest Chicken Masala
  • - Fresh Tofu

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the firm tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry using a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, black salt, and regular salt.
  3. 3. Gradually add water to the flour mixture while stirring to create a smooth batter that is thick enough to coat the tofu.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot enough for frying.
  5. 5. Dip each tofu cube into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated, and carefully place it into the hot oil.
  6. 6. Fry the tofu cubes in batches for 3–4 minutes per batch, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. 7. For the chutney, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic cloves, lemon juice, and a pinch of regular salt into a smooth paste using a small amount of water if needed.
  8. 8. Adjust the chutney consistency by adding water as desired and taste to balance the flavors.
  9. 9. Serve the crispy tofu poppers hot with the tangy mint chutney on the side for dipping.
