- 100 g Diet Tofu Masala Tofu
- 1 pack (1 kg) Bikano Bhujia Spicy & Crispy Namkeen | Made With Husked Dew Moth Bean Flour & Chickpea Flour
- 100 g Tamarind Paste

- 1. Cut the firm tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, carom seeds, and salt.
- 3. Gradually add water to the flour mixture while stirring to form a smooth, thick batter.
- 4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches 180°C.
- 5. Dip each tofu cube into the batter, ensuring it is well-coated, and gently place it into the hot oil.
- 6. Fry the tofu in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per batch.
- 7. Remove the fried tofu pakoras with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
