  • 200 g Diet Tofu Soya Tofu
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 1 Piece Yellow Bell Pepper (Haladi Dappa Menasinakaayi)
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix rice flour with salt, turmeric, and a little water to create a light batter.
  3. 3. Dip tofu cubes into the batter and coat them evenly.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a skillet and shallow-fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  5. 5. Finely chop onion, bell peppers, tomato, and coriander leaves for the masala base.
  6. 6. In the same skillet, sauté onion and ginger-garlic paste until fragrant.
  7. 7. Add bell peppers and tomato, cooking until softened, then mix in coriander, cumin, chili powder, and salt.
  8. 8. Stir the crispy tofu into the masala mixture and toss until coated evenly.
  9. 9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and let the mixture cool slightly before serving.
