- 500G Hisashi Gochujang Paste
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce

- 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then crumble it into small pieces.
- 2. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and sauté the crumbled tofu until golden and slightly crispy.
- 3. Add gochujang paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the pan, stirring to coat the tofu evenly.
