- 308 g Morinaga Silken Extra Firm Tofu
- - Rice Flour
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Anveshan Olive Oil Cooking Spray
- 1 Kg Frozen Pink Guava Pulp
- 100G Millet Bank Multi Millet Jaggery Cookies (100g)
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 30G Chili Flakes
- 1 kg Water Chestnuts
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Fenugreek Leaves
- - Besan
- 1 kg Quinoa
- 1 Kg Jowar- 1 Kg Pack
- 200 g Table Salt
- 100 g Jeera
- - Red Chilli Powder
- Pcs Ajwain 50g
- 450 G Red Millet Flour
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 500 Gm Organic Whole Wheat Atta
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the firm tofu into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, cornstarch, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, and salt.
- 3. Gradually add water into the bowl while stirring to create a smooth batter of medium consistency.
- 4. Dip each tofu cube into the batter, ensuring it is well coated, then place on a plate.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes and lightly spray the basket with oil.
- 6. Arrange the coated tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overlapping.
- 7. Air fry the tofu cubes at 180°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispness.
- 8. While the tofu cooks, prepare the dip by heating tamarind pulp and jaggery in a small pan with water.
- 9. Add roasted cumin powder and chili flakes to the tamarind mixture, stirring until jaggery dissolves completely.
- 10. Simmer the dip for 3 minutes until it thickens slightly, then transfer to a serving bowl.
