Ingredients
- 500G Loose Besan
- - Rice Flour
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50 g Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
- 2. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric, chili, cumin, amchur, and salt.
- 3. Gradually add water to the flour mix to create a smooth, thick batter.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat for shallow frying.
- 5. Dip tofu cubes into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
- 6. Fry the coated tofu cubes in hot oil until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- 7. While tofu is frying, blend yogurt, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and green chili into a smooth dip.
- 8. Drain the fried tofu on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- 9. Arrange the tofu bites on a plate and serve with the spiced yogurt dip.
