Ingredients
- - Fresh Tofu
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 250g Green Chilli
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Mix millet flour with water and salt to form a dough, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 2. Cut tofu into cubes and marinate with turmeric and cumin for enhanced flavor.
- 3. Heat mustard oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, and sauté ginger paste and green chilies.
- 4. Add tomato puree, turmeric, and cumin to the pan, cooking until oil separates.
- 5. Add marinated tofu cubes to the pan and cook until golden and crispy.
- 6. Roll out the millet dough into thin flatbreads and cook on a hot griddle until soft.
- 7. Place the cooked tofu mixture on the flatbread and sprinkle fresh coriander leaves.
- 8. Wrap the flatbread tightly around the tofu filling, securing the ends.
