- 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
- 100 g Tata Sampann Whole Spices Cumin Seed
Instructions
- 1. Peel 12 medium potatoes and boil them with 1 tablespoon of salt until they are soft. Drain and set aside to cool.
- 2. Finely chop 2 sambar onions and 1 clove of garlic. Set aside.
- 3. Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of mirchi powder, and 1/2 cup of chopped parsley leaves to the pan. Cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture is fragrant. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
- 5. Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth. Add 1 cup of bread crumbs and 1 egg to the mashed potatoes, and mix until well combined.
- 6. Take a small amount of the potato mixture and form it into a ball. Use your thumb to create a well in the center of the ball.
- 7. Place a spoonful of the cooked mixture into the well, then pinch the potato mixture around the filling to seal it completely. Flatten the ball slightly.
- 8. Heat enough cooking oil in a deep frying pan to submerge the balls halfway. Once the oil is hot, carefully add 5 balls at a time. Fry until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side until evenly golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 9. Remove the balls from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 10. Serve the crispy stuffed potato balls warm with your favorite side dish or dipping sauce.
