Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 500G Loose Besan
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • 100G Oleo

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and finely chop the spinach leaves and set them aside.
  2. 2. Grate the paneer and mix it with the chopped spinach in a large bowl.
  3. 3. Add chickpea flour, green chilies, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, and salt to the bowl.
  4. 4. Gradually add water to the mixture and stir to make a thick, lump-free batter.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium flame until it reaches frying temperature.
  6. 6. Scoop small portions of the batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil.
  7. 7. Fry the fritters until they turn golden brown and crisp on all sides, flipping occasionally.
  8. 8. Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  9. 9. Serve the fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
