Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Spinach
- 500G Loose Besan
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
- 100G Oleo
Instructions
- 1. Wash and finely chop the spinach leaves and set them aside.
- 2. Grate the paneer and mix it with the chopped spinach in a large bowl.
- 3. Add chickpea flour, green chilies, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, and salt to the bowl.
- 4. Gradually add water to the mixture and stir to make a thick, lump-free batter.
- 5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium flame until it reaches frying temperature.
- 6. Scoop small portions of the batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil.
- 7. Fry the fritters until they turn golden brown and crisp on all sides, flipping occasionally.
- 8. Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- 9. Serve the fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
