  • 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
  • 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 1L & Mustard Oil 1L Pet

Instructions

  1. 1. Take a small mixer jar and add fresh curry leaves, green chilies. Blend into a slightly coarse paste and transfer the paste into a large bowl.
  2. 2. In the bowl, add 1 tablespoon rice flour, 2 tablespoons rice flour, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt to taste. Mix well to form a thick paste. Add a small amount of water if needed to adjust the consistency.
  3. 3. Cut 500 g paneer into cube-sized pieces. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of rice flour over the paneer cubes to remove excess moisture. Add the paneer cubes to the masala paste and gently mix to coat each piece evenly.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Once the oil is hot, add the paneer pieces in batches and fry them until they turn crisp and golden brown. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  5. 5. Serve the crispy paneer bites with green chutney or enjoy them as is by sprinkling a little chaat masala on top for an extra burst of flavor.
