Ingredients
- 100 g Premium Curry Leaves
- 200 g Id Soft And Creamy Paneer
- 100 g Premium Green Chilli
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Rice Flour
- 100 g Jk Chaat Masala
- 100 g Catch Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 50 g Minitz Garam Masala
- 100 g Dhani Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 1L & Mustard Oil 1L Pet
Instructions
- 1. Take a small mixer jar and add fresh curry leaves, green chilies. Blend into a slightly coarse paste and transfer the paste into a large bowl.
- 2. In the bowl, add 1 tablespoon rice flour, 2 tablespoons rice flour, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt to taste. Mix well to form a thick paste. Add a small amount of water if needed to adjust the consistency.
- 3. Cut 500 g paneer into cube-sized pieces. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of rice flour over the paneer cubes to remove excess moisture. Add the paneer cubes to the masala paste and gently mix to coat each piece evenly.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Once the oil is hot, add the paneer pieces in batches and fry them until they turn crisp and golden brown. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- 5. Serve the crispy paneer bites with green chutney or enjoy them as is by sprinkling a little chaat masala on top for an extra burst of flavor.
