Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Onion
- 250 g Mutton
- 200 g Table Salt
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50 g Nutmeg Powder
- 20 g Cinnamon
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 80 g Soya Chunks
- - Rice Flour
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 250g Green Chilli
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Boil the soya chunks in water for 5 minutes until soft, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, rice flour, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt.
- 3. Coat the boiled soya chunks evenly with the flour-spice mixture, ensuring a thick layer sticks to each piece.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame and fry the coated soya chunks until golden and crispy on all sides.
- 5. Blend mint leaves, yogurt, lemon juice, green chili, and a pinch of salt until smooth to make the dip.
- 6. Place the crispy soya nuggets on a serving plate and garnish with a sprinkle of chaat masala (optional).
- 7. Serve the nuggets hot with the tangy mint dip for a flavorful and satisfying snack.
