- 500 g Desi Tomato
- - Tortilla Wraps
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Catch Fish Masala
- 80 g Soya Chunks
- Pcs Everest Chole Masala
- 50 g Chat Masala
- 100 g Garlic
- 500 g Rice Flour
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Soak soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes to soften them.
- 2. In a bowl, combine rice flour, salt, and water to make a smooth dough.
- 3. Roll out the dough into thin flatbreads and cook them on a heated pan until golden spots appear.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic, onions, and capsicum until softened.
- 5. Add chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, chili powder, turmeric, and salt; cook until the mixture becomes a thick masala base.
- 6. Squeeze excess water from soaked soy chunks and add them to the masala base; cook for 5 minutes.
- 7. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves over the soy chunk mixture and mix well.
- 8. Place a portion of the soy chunk masala onto each flatbread and wrap tightly.
- 9. Serve the wraps warm with a side of fresh salad or chutney for extra flavor.
