Flavor-packed rolls filled with spiced soy chunks and fresh vegetables, wrapped in soft roti and lightly grilled for a satisfying crunch.
Ingredients
- 80 g Soya Chunks
- - Rice Flour
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 pack (200 g) Zoff Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 kg Water Chestnuts
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in warm water for 15 minutes and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Combine rice flour with water and a pinch of salt to make a soft dough for wraps.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger-garlic paste until fragrant.
- 4. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- 5. Mix in soy chunks with coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 6. Roll out the rice flour dough into thin rounds to form wraps.
- 7. Fill each wrap with the soy chunk and vegetable mixture, and roll tightly.
- 8. Grill the filled rolls on a hot pan or tawa with a bit of oil until golden and crispy.
- 9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve warm.
