- 50 g Cumin Powder

- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1pc Watermelon
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes until they soften and expand.
- 2. Drain the soy chunks and squeeze out excess water, ensuring they're dry.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper powder.
- 4. Add lemon juice and enough water to the spices to create a thick batter for coating the soy chunks.
- 5. Dip each soy chunk into the batter, ensuring it is evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- 6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
- 7. Carefully fry the coated soy chunks in batches, turning occasionally until they are golden and crispy on all sides.
- 8. Remove the fried soy chunks from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
