  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes until they soften and expand.
  2. 2. Drain the soy chunks and squeeze out excess water, ensuring they're dry.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper powder.
  4. 4. Add lemon juice and enough water to the spices to create a thick batter for coating the soy chunks.
  5. 5. Dip each soy chunk into the batter, ensuring it is evenly coated with the spice mixture.
