Ingredients

  • 200 ml So Good Plant Based Soy Beverage Unsweetened | Lactose Free | No Added Sugar | Gluten Free | Zero Cholesterol | Dairy Free |Non Gmo Soybean
  • 80 g Soya Chunks
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
  • 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the soy chunks in water for 5 minutes to soften them, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, ginger powder, and a pinch of Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt.
  3. 3. Add garlic paste and chopped fresh coriander leaves to the dry mixture and combine well.
  4. 4. Gradually add water and So Good Soy Protein+ Plant Based Beverage to the mixture to form a smooth, thick batter.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
  6. 6. Dip the boiled soy chunks into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
